Home Instead Senior Care provides high quality care to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. We are a rapidly growing company with offices worldwide. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. Some of our clients only require a little help around the house to remain safe and independent. Other clients have more advanced needs and require more complex care. Many of our clients still live in their homes while some are living in Facilities.
We are looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.

Only ONE client per shift (minimum of 3 hour shifts) so that you can focus on the client and not just the tasks.

Areas of assistance may include:
Companionship and social activities
Medication and appointment reminders
Palliative/End of life care
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Personal Care and Alzheimer's Care training is available. Those applicants with PCA or HCA certification are encouraged to apply!
Have a genuine compassion for seniors.
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Must be fluent in English, a second language is also an asset
Be able to commit to a set schedule each week
Complete a criminal background check and provide 3 professional and 3 personal references
Possess a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
HCA or PCA certificate is an asset although not required as we do provide some training.
Since many of our clients are hard of hearing, it is important that our CAREGivers are able to effectively communicate with them. Therefore the ability to speak English clearly and fluently is necessary.
